This white paper is a platform project currently being designed and developed, distributed for general informational purposes only and may be reviewed and modified. This White Paper is the current version of the date stated on the cover and some information is subject to change thereafter, and the NCOP Project Team reserves the right to update the White Paper.

No one may enter into any contract or binding legal commitment based on this White Paper in connection with the sale and purchase of NCOP coin. All sales and purchases of NCOP Coin are subject to a legally binding contract and the specifics are provided separately from this White Paper, which takes precedence over the White Paper.

In the event of any differences in interpretation in other versions of this White Paper written in languages other than Korean, the latest version of the White Paper written in Korean shall take precedence over all other languages.
